Subject: Plans for 2006

NDHS-DCers,

1. Those present today (in person or by phone) decided to switch our 
meetings for the spring semester to Tuesdays at 9:00 AM, beginning 
January 3, 2006. There will be NO MEETINGS BETWEEN NOW AND THE END OF 
THE YEAR.

2. Three problems were discussed as research issues for the spring:

- Allowing analyses of masked data releases to depend on the nature of 
the masking, with consqeuent impact on utility and risk.

- Positivity and other constraints on data.

- Databases with weights, looking at all of SDL, risk and utility.
