Attendees: Reinhard, Brandy, Abdul, Rich, Lee, Heike, Gilles, Seth, Yi, and others.
Brandy compiled and sent around some papers that deal with different aspects
of network inference and different types of networks.
Some open or interesting questions:
Rich: has pharmacological data sets for which statistical methods are reliable
used; interested in applying other methods
Reinhard: what is identifiable? this is perhaps answerable
Lee: what impact does clustering have? is interested in the verification of
inference methods
